Seeking someone mature and tidy. Grown ups with grown ass communication skills. No dishes in the sink is a key value. You should be available for a weekly cleaning chore (approx 45-60m) + putting energy into making the space a nice home. We all like to hang, and ideally seek a housemate who isn’t a recluse!
