It’s a beautiful Berkeley craftsman home with a big backyard, beautiful deck, and lovely common areas, incredible natural light throughout. The house vibe is warm and communal (spontaneous hangs, lots of laughs), but respectful and quiet on weeknights. Extremely safe neighborhood!

Perks: Backyard + pizza oven, hot tub, plenty of street parking, two nearby bus lines, laundry machines, walking distance to farmers market and grocery stores, super safe, and so quiet you can hear owls at night. Beautiful deck and great chef’s kitchen. House is fully furnished and feels great to be in.
